High performance machining of exotic alloys such as titanium, high carbon steels and high nickel alloys such as Inconel are fully automated, utilising programs linked to CATIA and CAD files. These fully automated machines can be mirrored to allow concurrency of activity, streamlining productivity and providing condensed lead times. Components are produced for surface, airborne, civil and  specialist military applications.
