We have a valuable blend of expert industrial
knowledge and experience in manufacturing for performance and
safety critical applications, such as aerospace, defence, power
generation, specialist vehicles and trailers, mineral and oil
exploration, and telecommunications.
Process Capability Analysis and survey
reporting functions (where existing projects are re-engineered),
are carried out by our project management team. Our production
personnel are fully conversant with SPC and TQM techniques.
The complete product life cycle is supported
from initial design and prototyping, through testing and evaluation,
manufacturing and type certification, to repair, refurbishment
and de-commissioning. Such programmes are run, for example, for
the UK MoD with manufacturing and then global testing in support
of specialist military trailers and equipment.
All levels of documentation can be prepared
in support of customers’ projects, including manufacturing
and working drawings, CAD models, training manuals, operating
and safety instructions, and parts lists.
