MANUFACTURE

Working from data, drawings or CAD models, both traditional and advanced manufacturing techniques are used. High performance machining of exotic alloys such as titanium, high carbon steels and high nickel alloys such as Inconel are fully automated, utilising programs linked to CATIA and CAD files. These fully automated machines can be mirrored to allow concurrency of activity, streamlining productivity and providing condensed lead times. Manual and semi-automatic equipment is used for welding alloys and steels, complemented by manual and CNC processes for boring, milling, grinding, turning, cutting and bending. The ability to offer in house electro-mechanical assembly, wire looms and PCB assembly enables us to supply a complete turnkey product.

We are first tier suppliers to many international organisations for the production of parts and
