TESTING & CERTIFICATION

Quality accreditations include BS EN ISO9001:2000 AS EN 9100:2000 in accordance with the requirements of SBAC/ASCS Document TS157 issue 4, relevant industry specific and customer approvals. Quality, testing and inspection facilities include 3-axis CMM machines with direct CMM comparison to original specification and evaluation of CATIA data for whole-of-life production cycle.

Testing centres provide destructive and non-destructive testing for strength and integrity, hardness, conductivity, magnetic permeability, metallurgy and chemical analysis. For large or heavy items and installations, we construct complex rigs for product testing and evaluation.

Process Capability Analysis and survey reporting functions (where existing projects are re-engineered), are carried out by our project management team. Our production personnel are fully conversant with SPC and TQM techniques.
