Project size varies from one or two documents to many millions. Project management is undertaken by experienced and qualified staff who evaluate customers’ requirements and submit proposals on the most effective storage methods.

Many projects, because of the need to search their unstructured contents, may need to be scanned, archived to digital media and embedded with code, to be read by a search and retrieval system such as AlchemyTM. This allows CDs and DVDs to be distributed with searchable contents, for instance by name, date, reference number, order, title etc.
